Hyderabad: In the Core Urban Region Economy (CURE) area, Cyberabad Municipal Corporation (CMC) recorded the highest property tax under the Early Bird Scheme with ₹510.33 crore, followed by GHMC at ₹441.88 crore and Malkajgiri at ₹240.2 crore. Within CMC’s 16 circles, Madhapur led with ₹95 crore, followed by Serilingampally (₹81.9 crore) and Kukatpally (₹53.93 crore). In GHMC’s 30 circles, Jubilee Hills topped with ₹79.14 crore, Khairatabad with ₹75.37 crore and Ameerpet with ₹43.86 crore. In Malkajgiri Municipal Corporation, Saroornagar led the 14 circles with ₹30.14 crore, followed by Bowenpally (₹26.46 crore) and Nagole (₹24.43 crore).
