Fuel shortages have resurfaced in the Telugu states. In both Telangana and Andhra Pradesh, the crisis has now entered its third day. The shortage of diesel, in particular, is causing severe inconvenience to vehicle owners.

Dealers say the problem has arisen mainly due to delays in supply from oil companies. As tankers are not arriving in sufficient numbers, fuel stocks are getting depleted quickly. Because of this lack of reserves, many petrol bunk owners say they are forced to display “No Stock” boards.

Meanwhile, vehicle users are urging authorities to resolve the issue quickly and restore normal fuel supply. If the governments of both states do not respond immediately, there is a risk of a more serious crisis in the coming days. Disruptions in fuel supply could not only paralyze the transport system but also lead to significant losses in industrial and agricultural sectors.
