Basing on a complaint lodged by the victim Marpu Venkatesh, Sulochana encroached 47 cents land, valued at Rs 10 crore, using a forged Power of Attorney document. Sulochana obtained the land papers as gift deed from a former minister's wife registered at the Madanapalle sub-registrar office. The registration was done on June 13, 2023
