A Chhattisgarh labourer was killed and another injured in a terrorist attack at a brick kiln in Kulgam, Jammu and Kashmir. Deepak Ratray, 24, died from his injuries, while Bopinder, 28, is hospitalised. The attack follows recent violence against non-local workers in the region.
