Delhi Traffic Police has rolled out special arrangements and diversions across the Southern Range on August 4, 2026, in view of the Chelum Procession, warning commuters of congestion on key stretches like Aurobindo Marg, Lodhi Road and Ring Road from 2 PM onwards.
