The Centre has launched the e-OCI card and upgraded the FCRA 2.0 portal to make services fully digital. OCI cardholders can now download a digital card, update passport details online, and avoid carrying a physical booklet, while the revamped FCRA portal streamlines foreign contribution compliance.
