Sebi has taken decisive action against Trafiksol and its promoters, imposing a one-year ban from the securities market. The company and its directors face penalties totaling Rs 1.05 crore after being found in serious breach of regulations concerning financial disclosures and the allocation of IPO funds. The decision comes in light of complaints regarding Trafiksol's SME IPO, which was significantly oversubscribed at a rate of 345.
