New Delhi: Producer Niharika Konidela received the Rajat Kamal for Best Telugu Film for Committee Kurrollu at the 72nd National Film Awards ceremony. She accepted the honour on behalf of Pink Elephant Pictures LLP and Shree Radha Damodara Studios.
Directed by Yadhu Vamsee, Committee Kurrollu marked Niharika’s debut as a feature-film producer and featured a largely new cast. The film also won the Best Make-up award, which was presented to P. Ravi Kumar. The awards were presented by President Droupadi Murmu at the ceremony held on September 22.
