Rashmika Mandanna’s upcoming film ‘Mysaa’ is generating strong buzz following the release of its teaser. The makers have announced that the teaser has crossed 25 million organic views across the internet, while continuing to trend across platforms.
Directed by debutant Rawindra Pulle, ‘Mysaa’ features Rashmika in a dramatically different avatar. She plays a Gond tribal woman and is seen in intense action sequences, including combat, bike-riding and underwater scenes.
The teaser highlights the physical and emotional intensity of Rashmika’s character. Rather than being positioned as a conventional action film, ‘Mysaa’ is described as an emotional action thriller, with a father-daughter relationship forming an important part of its emotional core.
The film also features Eshwari Rao, Rahul Ravindran, Samuthirakani, Rao Ramesh, Shiva Kandukuri, Karthik Ranjini, Tarak Ponnappa and Nidhi Singh in supporting roles. Jakes Bejoy is composing the music.
