The American Telugu Association successfully hosted a grand fundraising event in New Jersey on April 18th at the Royal Albert Palace, drawing around 250 attendees.
ATA Treasurer Srikanth Gudipati proudly announced that an impressive 625,000 US dollars were raised in support of the upcoming ATA 19th Conference and Youth Convention, scheduled to take place in Baltimore from July 31st to August 2nd.
ATA President Jayanth Challa highlighted the significance of the conference and emphasized the importance of unity among Telugu people to make this mega event a grand success.
Trustees Vijay Kundur and Conference Convenor Sridhar Banala briefed attendees on the preparations and encouraged active participation. National Coordinator Sharath Vemula assured that the conference will be a spectacular celebration of Telugu culture and heritage.
President-Elect Satish Reddy invited participants to join nationwide competitions including singing, dancing, and beauty pageants, while also stressing key themes like women empowerment and immigration awareness.
Several prominent members including Past President Parmesh Bheemreddy, BOT members Raju Kakkerla, Srini Dargula, and Ravinder Gudur were present.
Regional coordinators and organizing teams played a crucial role in making the event a grand success.
