The Telangana Telugu Association has announced that the ‘TTA Mega Convention 2026’ will be held from July 17 to 19 at the Charlotte Convention Center in Charlotte.
As part of the convention, the Souvenir and Literary Committee is organizing special literary competitions for the ‘TTA Souvenir 2026’. Entries are invited in both Telugu and English across three categories: short stories, essays, and poetry.
Short stories can be up to 2 pages, essays up to 3 pages focusing on non-political contemporary social issues, and poems (metrical) should be between 20–40 lines.
Winners in each category will receive cash prizes: $200 for first place, $100 for second, and $50 for third.
Submissions must be original and unpublished. Selected entries will be featured in the TTA Souvenir and the association’s quarterly magazine. The committee also welcomes jokes, cartoons, and other creative artworks.
Interested participants are requested to submit their entries via the official website ttaconvention.org/souvenir on or before May 20, 2026.
