In a boost to the Telugu sporting community in the United States, the Mana American Telugu Association (MATA) is set to organize the prestigious “MATA Volleyball Tournament 2026.” The event will take place on Saturday, May 23, starting at 8:00 AM at SPARC Arena in Novi, Michigan.
Teams interested in participating can register until May 21, 2026, with a registration fee of $180. The tournament is being conducted as part of the promotional activities for the upcoming “MATA 2nd Convention 2026,” scheduled to be held in Philadelphia on June 19 and 20.
Organizers stated that the event aims to promote sportsmanship and strengthen unity within the Telugu community. The MATA executive committee has invited teams to participate in large numbers and make the event a grand success.
