Rakul Preet Singh has highlighted meditation and yoga as the two key pillars that help her maintain mental equilibrium.

Speaking in an interview, she revealed that she was first introduced to meditation around 2018–19, a practice that gradually transformed her approach to handling stress and chaos.

“I think 2018–19 was when I got introduced to meditation. Before that, I was a very hyper person. I still am to some extent, but I’ve learned how to stay centred even in the middle of chaos. It’s my grounding factor, and I keep practising it throughout the day,” she said.

Rakul also emphasised that meditation for her is not about long, structured sessions but about mindfulness in everyday moments.

“It’s not like I have to sit for thirty minutes and meditate. Whenever I feel there is too much happening, I just take a deep breath, set an intention, and then move forward with my day,” she added.
