As part of the ATA 19th Conference & Youth Convention 2026, the American Telugu Association (ATA) will host a special panel discussion titled "America250 – The Indian American Journey in Shaping the Nation" on Saturday, August 1, 2026, from 2:00 PM to 2:40 PM at the Baltimore Convention Center.
The session will explore the significant contributions of Indian Americans to the growth and development of the United States, highlighting their impact in public service, education, community leadership, and civic engagement.
The distinguished panel will feature Sunny Reddy, Bangar Reddy, and Srilekha Reddy Palle, who will share their insights on leadership, community service, and the evolving role of Indian Americans as the nation celebrates America250.
Organizers said the discussion is expected to be one of the featured highlights of the ATA 19th Conference, offering attendees an inspiring perspective on the Indian American experience and its role in shaping the nation's future.
ATA convention is being organized under the leadership of President Jayanth Challa and the ATA team. The organizing committee includes Convener Sridhar Banala, Coordinator Ravi Challa, National Coordinator Sharath Vemula, Director Sudheer Damidi, Co-Coordinator Zeenath Kundur, Co-Convener Aravind Muppidi, Co-National Coordinator Kaushik Sama, Conference Regional Coordinator Tirumala Reddy Munukuntla, and Co-Director Kiran Ala, who are working in close coordination to ensure the successful execution of this landmark event.
