The Hindu Temple of Florida is set to host Sri Ganesha Homam and Medha Homam on Saturday, August 1, 2026, inviting devotees to participate in these sacred Vedic rituals for divine blessings and spiritual well-being.

The program will begin at 9:30 AM with Kalasa Sthapana, followed by Sri Ganesha Homam and Medha Homam. While Sri Ganesha Homam is performed to remove obstacles and usher in prosperity, Medha Homam is dedicated to invoking Goddess Saraswati, seeking her blessings for wisdom, knowledge, memory, concentration, and academic excellence.

The temple has announced a Seva Arthi of $31 for Sri Ganesha Homam, while participation in the Medha Homam is free for children. Temple organizers are encouraging parents to bring their children to receive Goddess Saraswati's blessings as they prepare for the upcoming school year.

Devotees from across the community are invited to take part in this auspicious event and seek the divine grace of Lord Ganesha and Goddess Saraswati for a successful and prosperous future.
