The Houston Telugu Cultural Association (TCA) is gearing up to celebrate its 50th Golden Jubilee with a series of grand cultural events under the inspiring theme, "Our Language – Our Culture – Our Tradition." The milestone celebrations will take place on August 7 and 8, 2026, at the Fort Bend Epicenter in Rosenberg, Texas.
As part of the celebrations, TCA is placing a special focus on nurturing the next generation through Indian traditions. This year's theme, "Nurturing Values Through Tradition," aims to instill cultural values and spiritual awareness in children while encouraging them to take pride in their heritage.
A major highlight of the event will be Sloka Recitation and Children's Cultural Competitions, designed to help young participants build confidence, develop devotion, and strengthen their connection to Telugu culture and Indian traditions.
The Golden Jubilee celebrations are being led by TCA President Yadagiri Reddy and Convener Jithender Reddy. Registrations for the competitions are now open.
