North America Telugu Society (NATS) once again demonstrated its commitment to community service through the successful “Adopt-A-Park” volunteer initiative at Monarch View Park in Frisco. Organized by the NATS Dallas Chapter, the event brought together Telugu families, students, and community volunteers in a collective effort to promote environmental responsibility and civic engagement.

Volunteers enthusiastically participated in cleaning the park, maintaining its greenery, and helping preserve the beauty of the public space. The initiative showcased the Telugu community’s strong sense of social responsibility while encouraging residents to actively contribute to the well-being of their local neighborhoods.

One of the highlights of the event was the participation of students alongside their parents. By engaging in hands-on community service at a young age, the students gained valuable lessons in environmental conservation, teamwork, and civic responsibility. The volunteer hours earned through the program are officially recognized and will serve as valuable community service credits that can benefit students in their future academic and professional pursuits.

NATS President Raj Allada appreciated the dedication and enthusiasm displayed by the student volunteers, praising their commitment to giving back to the community. He encouraged more youth to participate in such initiatives and embrace the spirit of volunteerism.

NATS Chairman Kishore Kancharla commended the efforts of the NATS team in nurturing social responsibility among the younger generation. He emphasized that initiatives like Adopt-A-Park not only help keep communities clean and green but also develop leadership skills, environmental awareness, and a lifelong commitment to public service.

Through programs like these, NATS continues to strengthen its mission of serving society while inspiring future generations to become responsible citizens and active community leaders.
