The Radha Krishna Temple of Dallas is preparing to host a special Sri Srinivasa Kalyanotsavam for devotees in the Dallas–Fort Worth area on Saturday, September 26.
The sacred celebration will begin at 8:00 AM, according to the temple’s official event listing. Devotees will have an opportunity to participate in the divine wedding ceremony of Lord Srinivasa along with a series of traditional rituals and devotional activities.
Special devotional programmes
The morning programme will feature Suprabhatam and Thomala Seva, followed by the Sri Srinivasa Kalyanotsavam.
The celebrations will also include Archana, Aarti and devotional kirtans, providing devotees with an opportunity to participate in the traditional worship and spiritual celebrations.
Sarva Darshan and Mahaprasad
Following the main ceremony, devotees will be welcomed for Sarva Darshan.
Mahaprasad will also be served to attendees, adding a community aspect to the devotional gathering.
Families and friends from across the Dallas–Fort Worth Telugu and Indian-American community are expected to participate in the celebration.
Seva opportunities
The organisers have also invited community members interested in volunteering to participate in seva opportunities associated with the event.
