Telugu Association of the Jacksonville Area (TAJA) is a registered non profit organization 501(C) (Tax ID 87-0763505) formed in 2002 in Jacksonville, FL to promote cultural, literary, humanitarian activities, and enhance intercultural understanding between the Telugu and other local communities. Throughout the year, TAJA celebrates Indian festivals as a group i.e. Ugadi, Sankranti, Summer Picnic OR a Special Event organized by the committee as fund riser or talent promotions, and Humanitarian Activity.
Established nearly 26 years ago by a dedicated group of founding members, the Copy of Telugu Association of Florida, Tampa Bay has since blossomed into a thriving community organization encompassing almost 5,000 families. What began as a small initiative has evolved into a dynamic community hub, where the values of unity, culture, and service are upheld with dedication.
