Meanwhile, Kohli has been ruled out of India's upcoming three-match ODI series against Afghanistan national cricket team due to a hamstring injury suffered during the IPL 2026 final against Gujarat Titans. Despite the injury, Kohli played a match-winning unbeaten 75 to help RCB secure the championship.
