An innovator from Almora, Uttarakhand, Ravi Tamta, has successfully conducted the test flight of the HAPIDA SKYNeX electric flying vehicle, developed by his startup HAPIDA SKY. The prototype is a fully electric personal flying vehicle designed to make future air mobility more accessible.
Currently in the prototype stage, the project aims to bring personal air travel closer to reality in India. Before commercial deployment, however, the vehicle must undergo extensive engineering evaluations, rigorous safety testing, and obtain all necessary government certifications and regulatory approvals.
The successful test flight marks a significant milestone for India's emerging advanced air mobility and indigenous innovation ecosystem.
