A rescue operation is ongoing in Uttarakhand's Chamoli district after water and debris trapped six workers in a tunnel at a hydroelectric site. Although 16 workers have been saved, efforts continue. Chief Minister Pushkar Singh Dhami emphasises prioritising safe evacuations.
