North America Telugu Society (NATS), which promotes Indian spiritual traditions in the United States, along with the Chinna Jeeyar organization and Jet Carry, recently organized the Sri Sita Rama Kalyana Mahotsavam in Raleigh.

Held with great devotion and grandeur, the celestial wedding ceremony brought together the local Indian community on a common platform. Beginning with Vedic chants, the event created a deeply sacred and auspicious atmosphere, attracting a large number of devotees.

The divine wedding of Lord Rama and Goddess Sita symbolized righteousness, love, and unity. Priests performed each ritual in a traditional manner, while the explanation of its spiritual significance made the event meaningful for people of all age groups. The venue was beautifully decorated with flowers and traditional ornaments, enhancing the festive spirit.

NATS and Jet Carry volunteers worked in close coordination and dedication to ensure the success of the program. Devotional songs and cultural performances further elevated the spiritual experience of the audience. The event also served as a platform to strengthen community bonding among families.

The ceremony concluded with the distribution of prasadam to all devotees. NATS Chairman Kishore Kancharla and President Srihari Mandadi specially appreciated the leadership of the NATS Raleigh team for successfully organizing the grand Sita Rama Kalyanam event and earning wide appreciation from the community.
