The ancient traditions of classical Indian dance have lasted for thousands of years, and the Rudram Dance Company wishes to preserve their rich historical, cultural, and religious context. The skill, discipline, and grace of Bharatanatyam dance are all lasting qualities that Rudram Dance Company strives to pass on to generation after generation. These qualities are displayed time and again in our performances. ​Based in Tampa, the nonprofit Rudram Dance Company teaches the Bharatanatyam dance style and performs it both locally and internationally with the goal of making classical Indian dance known to and appreciated by all.
