US-headquartered education technology and accreditation company Academik America has named Aariya Goel as its new Chief Executive Officer. Her appointment took effect on July 1, marking a significant milestone in her 13-year journey with the organization.
Goel joined Academik America in 2013 and most recently served as the company's Managing Director and Chief Operating Officer (COO). During her tenure, she oversaw global operations, product development, and service delivery while playing a key role in expanding the organization's international footprint.
Over the past five years, she has led major organizational reforms, including restructuring the company's operating model, modernising internal systems, and strengthening its global delivery network. She also spearheaded the integration of artificial intelligence into the company's products and operational processes.
As CEO, Goel will oversee the company's overall strategy, business operations, product portfolio, customer relationships, and long-term organizational growth. Company leaders said her appointment reflects confidence in her leadership, operational expertise, and consistent performance over the years.
Goel holds a Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) from Amity University, a postgraduate qualification in Human Resources from IMT Ghaziabad, and an MBA from the Gies College of Business, University of Illinois Urbana-Champaign.
Academik America operates in more than 90 countries and collaborates with over 200 educational institutions and organizations worldwide. The company focuses on advancing education in emerging technologies such as Artificial Intelligence (AI) and Data Science, while supporting universities through accreditation, certification, and academic partnership programmes.
