Prime Minister Narendra Modi has embarked on a four-day foreign visit to Uzbekistan and Kyrgyzstan. Ahead of PM Modi’s arrival, Tashkent, the capital of Uzbekistan, is glowing in the colours of the Indian national flag. The iconic Hilton Hotel in the city has been illuminated in the Indian Tricolour.
The hotel lit up in saffron, white and green during the night, creating a stunning visual and attracting the attention of onlookers. The special lighting makes the building resemble the Indian national flag.
The striking display in Tashkent reflects the warm friendship and strengthening bilateral ties between India and Uzbekistan.
During his visit, PM Modi is scheduled to hold bilateral talks with Uzbek President Shavkat Mirziyoyev. The two leaders are expected to discuss several key issues of mutual interest and ways to further strengthen cooperation between the two countries.
PM Modi will later travel to Kyrgyzstan to participate in the Shanghai Cooperation Organisation, or SCO, Summit.
Overall, the Indian Tricolour lighting in Tashkent has added a special touch to PM Modi’s visit, highlighting the strong and growing friendship between India and Uzbekistan.
