In Aurangabad, a police operation launched to solve the kidnapping case of four-year-old Aadvik took an unexpected turn and revealed another shocking truth. Police raided the residence of accused Ranjoo Devi in Obra to rescue Aadvik, who had been abducted on May 16. While successfully rescuing the child, officers were stunned to find another boy living in the same house. Further investigation revealed that the child was Shivam, who had been missing since 2022.
According to police, Shivam had disappeared during the Vat Savitri Puja celebrations near a temple in Obra four years ago. Ranjoo Devi allegedly tried to mislead the authorities by claiming that Shivam was her own son. However, detailed verification exposed the truth, and police immediately began the process of reuniting him with his biological family.
After four long years, Shivam finally met his mother again. Initially frightened and hesitant, the boy soon broke down emotionally and hugged her tightly. His mother, Shanti Pandey, was overwhelmed with emotion and tearfully embraced her son, creating a deeply moving moment for everyone present. The incident has earned widespread praise for the police, with locals appreciating their efforts in reuniting two children with their families. Obra MLA Prakash Chandra said the operation had strengthened public trust in the police force.
