The TANA Team Square 5K Walk/Run 2026 will be held in North Carolina in support of the TANA Emergency Assistance Management Team (TEAM SQUARE), a volunteer-driven initiative that supports Telugu families across North America during emergencies and times of crisis.
The event is scheduled for Sunday, September 20, at 7:30 AM at Frank Liske Park in Concord, North Carolina. The 5K is open to participants of all ages.
TANA President Dr. Naren Kodali and Executive Vice President Srinivas Lavu are leading the initiative. TANA Treasurer Raja Kasukurthi, Joint Treasurer Rajesh Yarlagadda, and TANA Foundation Trustee Srinivas Kukatla are also supporting the event in leadership roles.
Senior citizens can participate free of charge, while early registrants will receive a free T-shirt. Cash prizes for children will also be offered. Breakfast and refreshments will be sponsored by Dawat.
The event aims to promote community unity, compassion and preparedness while supporting TEAM SQUARE’s long-standing efforts to assist Telugu families during emergencies.
