The American Telugu Association (ATA) is bringing an exciting musical extravaganza to Phoenix as part of the prestigious ATA Conference & Youth Convention 2026. The much-anticipated โ€œJhummandi Naadamโ€ Solo Singing Competition promises to provide a grand platform for talented singers to showcase their skills.

The competition will be held on Sunday, June 14, 2026, at 2:00 PM at Hamilton High School, Chandler, Arizona. Participants can compete in two categories: Juniors (7โ€“14 years) and Seniors (15 years and above).

Adding star power to the event, popular actress Ankita (of Simhadri fame) will serve as the celebrity judge for the Phoenix round. Winners will earn the opportunity to be recognized and awarded by visiting celebrities during the 19th ATA Conference & Youth Convention, scheduled to take place in Baltimore, Maryland, from July 31 to August 2, 2026.

ATA officials encouraged aspiring singers and music enthusiasts to register and take advantage of this unique opportunity to perform on a prestigious national stage. The registration deadline is June 10, 2026. Registration fees are $30 for ATA members and $50 for non-members.

With talent, music, and celebration coming together under one roof, โ€œJhummandi Naadamโ€ is expected to be one of the most exciting highlights leading up to ATA Convention 2026.
