In T20 cricket history, teenager Vaibhav Suryavanshi has created a world record by hitting the most sixes. Previously, this record belonged to Afghanistan’s Rahmanullah Gurbaz, who smashed 90 sixes in 52 innings. Vaibhav surpassed that milestone with an incredible 94 sixes in just 26 innings, maintaining a strike rate of over 200 — an extraordinary achievement.

Currently playing for Rajasthan Royals in the Indian Premier League, Vaibhav has been in sensational form this season. In a match against Sunrisers Hyderabad, he stunned everyone by scoring a century in just 36 balls. During that explosive innings, he smashed 12 massive sixes.

With this performance, he broke the record held by Murali Vijay for the most sixes by an Indian in a single IPL innings. Additionally, Vaibhav became the only player to score two centuries in under 40 balls each in IPL history — a truly remarkable feat.
