In Kamareddy district of Telangana, the “Acharya Jayashankar Badi Bata” programme was launched at Kattepalli Zilla Parishad School by MEO Praveen Kumar.
On this occasion, he said that on the third day of the programme, officials visited every household in the village to explain to parents the importance of government schools. He urged parents to enroll their children in government schools.
He also informed that students will be provided with free textbooks, notebooks, uniforms, mid-day meals, and ragi java. He added that Artificial Intelligence (AI) education is also being introduced in primary schools.
Teachers and parents participated in the programme.
