While many X users were quick to point out to the Assam CM that the video dates back to 2004, when Tarun Gogoi was the Assam CM and Dr Manmohan Singh, then Prime Minister, several other users argued that this might be a fresh visual, even if he indeed did the performance in 2004 as well
