According to reports from Bollywood Hungama, while the Hindi versions of Drishyam and Drishyam 2 closely followed the original Malayalam films, Drishyam 3 is expected to be a major departure. The makers have reportedly introduced significant changes to the storyline and key twists, while still preserving the essence of the Drishyam universe.
