The North America Telugu Society (NATS) Dallas Chapter has announced its new leadership team while officially launching preparations for the prestigious 9th NATS America Telugu Convention, scheduled to be held in Dallas in May 2027.

The chapter meeting, held on July 12, lasted for more than three hours and was chaired by NATS Chairman Kishore Kancherla. The gathering focused on strengthening the Dallas chapter and outlining the roadmap for one of the largest Telugu conventions in North America.

As part of the new appointments, Prem Kalidindi has been named Convener for the 2027 convention, while Kiran Nare and Pavani Nunna will serve as Dallas Chapter Coordinators. NATS leaders said the newly formed team combines experienced members with young volunteers to drive the organization's future initiatives.

NATS Chairman Kishore Kancherla and President Raj Allada congratulated the new leadership and expressed confidence that the team would play a key role in expanding the organization's community outreach and service activities.

Several national NATS leaders attended the meeting, including Prem Kalidindi, Ajay Govada, Vijay Shekhar Anne, Bhanu Lanka, Kishore Nare, Ratnakar Shettipalli, Shravan Nidiganti, and Dhanunjaya Nuthi.

Discussions centered on increasing participation from youth and women in NATS programs, expanding community service initiatives, and executing a well-planned strategy for the 2027 America Telugu Convention.

Calling on the Telugu community to actively participate, Chairman Kishore Kancherla and Convention Convener Prem Kalidindi urged volunteers to come forward and contribute to making the 2027 convention a landmark event celebrating Telugu culture, unity, and service.
