The Northwest Arkansas Telangana Association (NWATA) is all set to celebrate the vibrant festival of Bonalu & Vana Bhojanam with great enthusiasm on Sunday, July 26, at the Benton County Fairgrounds in Bentonville, Arkansas. The event aims to bring the Telugu community together while preserving and promoting Telangana's rich cultural heritage.
The celebrations will begin with Bonalu Pooja at 10:00 AM, followed by the traditional offering of Bonam to Goddess Mahankali. After the religious rituals, attendees can enjoy Vana Bhojanam (community lunch) and a variety of cultural performances showcasing Telangana traditions.
The event is free and open to everyone, and organizers are inviting Telugu families and community members from across the region to participate in this festive gathering. NWATA said the celebration is an opportunity to strengthen community bonds while passing on Telangana's customs and traditions to the younger generation living in the United States.
