As temperatures continue to soar day by day, record-level heat is being witnessed across many regions. People and animals alike are struggling to cope with the scorching summer conditions. In this backdrop, buttermilk packets were distributed to MGNREGA workers in Peddathundla village of Malhar Rao mandal in Jayashankar Bhupalpally district, Telangana, under the leadership of the village sarpanch. The initiative was taken to provide relief to workers from the intense heat while carrying out employment guarantee works. Workers expressed gratitude to the village administration for the timely support.
