The Supreme Court has declined a plea to conduct the NEET-UG 2026 re-test in a computer-based format. Justices PS Narasimha and Aravind Kumar deferred the matter to July. The court cited practical difficulties and past dismissals of similar requests. The re-test is scheduled for June 21. The plea sought reforms including a shift to computer-based testing for future exams.
